  1. If a food has a label don’t eat itutfee
  2. If a food has a label, it should have less than 5 ingredients
  3. Stay away from white powders: sugar and flour
  4. Do not eat any food with high fructose corn syrup on the label
  5. Throw out any food with” hydrogenated” on the label
  6. Throw out any food with refined cooking oil
  7. Throw out any food with ingredients you can’t pronounce
  8. Throw out any food with preservatives, additives, colorings, dyes or MSG in them
  9. Throw out any foods with artificial sweeteners in them
  10. If it came from the earth or farmers fields and is not processed – Eat It.
